Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 15, 2026, Toursy Tour S.A. aims to provide fair and transparent refund policies.
Customer Cancellation
More than 14 days before departure, 100% refund.
7–14 days before departure
75% refund.
3–6 days before departure
50% refund.
Less than 72 hours before departure
No refund.
No-Show
Customers who fail to appear at the agreed meeting point without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.
Tours Cancelled by Toursy Tour S.A.
If we cancel a tour due to operational reasons, weather, or safety concerns, customers may choose:
- A full refund, or
- A free reschedule, subject to availability.
Airport Transfers
Transfer bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to medical emergencies or extraordinary situations will be reviewed individually and may require supporting documentation.
